Mary Margaret Moore, Executive Director

Executive Director since September 1998, Mary Margaret steers the overall direction of the ILCNSCA. She works closely with the Board of Directors and staff to ensure a quality consumer controlled organization. She is responsible for operations, finances, funding, public relations, staff appointments and program development. She has been appointed by the Governor to the MRC State Rehabilitation Council and Statewide Independent Living Council for terms during her time as Executive Director. She has been the Region 1 Representative and recently been elected as a Member at Large to the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) Board. She is also the first President of the Board of the Aging and Disability Resource Consortium of the Greater North Shore and Cape Ann, Inc.(ADRCGNS, Inc.) She insures ILCNSCA collaboration with local, statewide, national and global disability rights, aging and independent living advocates.
Shawn McDuff, Deputy Director

Deputy Director Shawn McDuff has been with the agency for 20+ years. He is a key leader in the ILCNSCA as well as the Independent Living movement statewide and nationally. He manages the core direct services as well as community services of the Agency, and is a vital member of the Management Team. His expertise is shared with ILCNSCA staff, consumers, providers on the following: housing modification, durable medical equipment contract and community access issues. He supervises distribution of our marketing materials via Web and Press, as well as the public relations aspects of community advocacy. Shawn also provides Peer Guide services and is the creator and manager of the All People Accessible Business Project as well as the Community Access Advocacy Team.
Grant Murphy, Data Systems and Office Management Specialist

Grant provides independent living individual and community services. He also coordinates ILCNSCA web page and other social media, press releases, etc. on ILCNSCA services, activities, Advocacy Alerts and events of other organizations. He assists the internal operations of the Agency through management of our inventory control systems. He provides technical assistance to staff on data systems and data integrity issues. He also prepares all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Alexandra Dominguez, ILCNSCA ADRC of GNS Options Program Peer Guide

Alexandra educates older adults and persons with disabilities to understand the type and range of community-based long term care supports available to them and make informed decisions regarding their options. She also provides information and assistance with referrals for community-based long term care benefits as well as the comprehensive IL services. The Options Program counseling services can be provided by phone, in the home of the consumer, in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. She works closely with our ADRCGNS, Inc. partners.

Maria provides individual independent living services, including information and referral as well as comprehensive services of Introductory Meeting/Goal setting; Peer Counseling; IL Skill Development; and Individual Advocacy Skill Development. Maria provides community services such as community education, system advocacy, and outreach to underserved and un-served individuals living with disabilities. She has completed the Commonwealth of MA on line Options Counseling Program training, soon be providing Options Counseling, and is developing her expertise in the transition of youth from childhood to adult services.
