When dialing 617-222-5123 (voice/relay) or 800-533-6282 (voice/relay in-state toll free) make sure you listen to the prompts carefully and select the correct option. When the correct option is selected, your call will be directed to the right area for assistance.
The new options are as follows:
– Press 1 to make a reservation or change your account information
– Press 2 to apply to the RIDE program or if you have questions about eligibility
– Press 3 to add value to your account or for fare related questions
– Press 4 to report any commendations or concerns or for general information
We would also like to inform you of upcoming changes to the contractor managing The RIDE Access Center (TRAC). We listened to you, our RIDE customers, and prepared a rebid of the existing TRAC contract. A dedicated team, including members of the disability community, went through a holistic redesign of the service. The MBTA Fiscal Management and Control Board recently awarded Transdev/IntelliRide, a national transportation services company, the TRAC contract.
They will begin June 1st taking reservations, scheduling trips and dispatching drivers for the North area serviced by Greater Lynn Senior Services (GLSS) and the South area serviced by National Express Transit (NEXT). TR AC’ s contact number r emai ns the same at 844-427-7433. Customers utilizing Veterans Transportation (VTS) in
the West area can still reach VTS reservations at 877-765-7433.
